From Our Roost to Yours
Old plantation land. New life.
After decades of plantation life, East Hawaii's old sugarcane fields are finding new purpose - diverse food crops, native plant nurseries, small working farms. Rebels' Roost is one of them. We’ve been doing the slow, careful work of bringing balance back to the land. Honey, goats, gardens and botanical goods - harvested and made by hand, start to finish, right here in Hilo.
