From Our Roost to Yours
Old plantation land. New life.
East Hawaii's sugarcane fields are finding new purpose - diverse food crops, native plant nurseries, small working farms. Rebels' Roost is one of them. Honey, goats, gardens and botanical goods - harvested and made by hand, start to finish, right here in Hilo. No filters, no farmhouse aesthetic, no pretending. Just a real farm, doing real work, on this patch of Hawaii.
